Back Issue Information for the Society Journal
Back issues of the journal are available at a cost of $5.50 each. This small fee helps defray the cost of printing and mailing. When requesting a back issue, please be sure to state the month and year of the issue requested, or you can find the volume number from our journal index list.
In the event any issue of your journal contains damaged or missing pages, or is otherwise unreadable, you may also request to have those pages replaced.

When requesting replacements or back issues, please be sure to provide all the necessary information about your request, a check or money order if required (no cash please), and your complete name and address.
